Can you be a little weirder next time
Welcome to the third ever edition of Ask Clare.
I promise other paid subscriber perks that I’ve floated like live writing workshops and screenings are still in the works. But in the interim, this is a tested classic I’ve been meaning to bring back.
This round I received enough questions for some to be cut for time. I also wanted to include a couple I missed the last time I did this, so I’m just banking the lost ones. I will say these questions should be a little bit more invasive and strange. Career advice? Really?
You guys have a lot of problems and curiosities concerning school and academia. Do you want some sort of special issue on that?
If there’s something else you have to say to me—like, perhaps, “do you need a job or $100 million? I have those things for you!”—I love using my Gmail application and will respond to most things sent to askclaresub@gmail.com. Even if you, like, want help with a CV or something. If I catch it while I’m at the airport I’ll do stuff like that for free up to 5 times before I get annoyed.
